Return, Exchange & Refund

Order Cancellation:

Orders made before 4:00 pm on the same day (UTC/GMT -5) can be freely canceled,

Orders placed after 4:00 pm (UTC/GMT -5) can be canceled for free before 4:00 pm on the following day.

The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

30-Day Return Conditions

  1. Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through charmanty.com can be returned within 30 days from the date you received your item(s).
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer will be responsible for any incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will not be seen as an unused condition).
  3. If you want to return an item, please contact us first. We will provide you with the return label once we confirm your return request.

Return & Exchange

  • To initiate a return, please email Hello@charmanty.com with your order number and photos and/or videos of the item(s). Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days to determine eligibility. Enjoy our 30-day hassle-free return policy.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you the return label, please return it to us during your return period. Please note that items returned without authorization will not be accepted and we will not be responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
  • Refund: once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5 days and issue a refund to your original account. 
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Refund

  1. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. 
  2. If you haven't received your refund within 3-7 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company if necessary. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to post officially. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Hello@charmanty.com
