Generally, your package will be shipped within 24 hours after order confirm (except Weekends and Holiday). And the shipping time will be 1-3 working days.
Normally the wigs in the pictures or videos that we post are installed and restyled by our hairstylists, so it would look more gorgeous. But actually it is the same as yours with the same materials. You can watch the install steps, or ask a hairstylist to help you install if needed.

A full refund will be provided to your original payment account after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us before sending the package back. Most banks will take about 3-5 business days to process the refund.
